HELP I'm using Google docs on my android how do you cancel definitely the files you don't want anymore , I put them into the bin but they reappear later and block the stockage , so I'm asked to buy some more space wtf I am so done thx for answers

You can also create damn near as many Google accounts as you want.

Well , when i need to clean up storage i i use the google drive app to delete all the docs i no longer need . Just out of curiosity however since the storage of google is by defaut so big . Wouldnt you need to clean your emails too . google use one storage for all its apps . so if you are using another one i would check that one too for clean up . (edited)
