Are womens' more busier than man?

Are women busier than men, or are they becoming more absent-minded? I juggle numerous tasks in a day and still find time between them to respond to women, whom I'm not even interested in, just out of politeness. However, they don't even bother to reply. Is this how women treat politeness nowadays?
