I can't organize faster.

I am trying so hard to get faster at my job in retail of organizing the store, but I just can't get through it in 25 minutes. I can't even get through it in 45 minutes. It also doesn't help that I keep finding things clearly put out a place by my managers to test me. My siblings suspects they're making a paper trail to get rid of me. So I've started applying for other jobs, but I'm going to be really kind of bummed if I lose this one. Considering I've been shopping at the place for almost 30 years and I won't be able to go back. I had higher anxiety all week because I don't know what they're going to do. I'm hoping they're not malicious people and try to set me up for stealing, cuz that will ruin my life. I just don't know what to do. They won't even let me have any of the compliments customers give me on my customer service skills, because I'm not doing well at cleaning the store. Even when we have a secret shopper, I was the only person they dealt with and my manager won't give me the compliment, because they don't want me there.
