Any tips for starting out in the gym?! I have no idea what to do!

So i got pulled into joining the gym.. idk what to do there, what exercises to do and what diets to do.. Also super nerve wrecking! Especially with all the beefy men there! 🫣 Perhaps its possible to find love at the gym..? Lol nahh i highly doubt it 😂
