Polo Character Analysis

Polo is a character from Tower of God (Kami no Tou), a popular anime based on a webtoon series written and illustrated by South Korean author SIU. The anime, which was produced by Telecom Animation Film and premiered in April 2020, tells the story of a young boy named Bam who ascends a massive tower to find his lost friend, Rachel.

Polo is a minor character in the series who appears in episode 10, entitled "Beyond the Sadness." He is a member of a group of people who have been trapped on a lower level of the tower for years, unable to ascend due to the constant onslaught of dangerous monsters. Polo and his fellow survivors have developed a system of traps and defenses to keep the monsters at bay, but their supplies are running low and their morale is dwindling.

When Bam and his companions arrive on Polo's level, they offer to help him and the other survivors climb to the next level of the tower. Polo is initially suspicious of Bam, but comes to trust him after seeing his determination and bravery in battle. He eventually joins Bam's team and becomes a valuable ally in their quest to uncover the secrets of the tower.

While Polo is not a major character in the series, he serves an important role in demonstrating the harsh realities of the tower and the personal struggles that many of its inhabitants face. His plight also highlights the importance of solidarity and mutual aid in the face of adversity, a central theme of the anime.

What 16 personality type is Polo?

Polo's ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations, his preference for action and autonomy, and his tendency to be cautious when engaging with others are some of the characteristics that suggest an ISTP personality type. Moreover, Polo seldom allows emotions to cloud his judgment, preferring to rely on observable facts and practical solutions.

Polo's ISTP personality probably stems from his background as an Assassin, which requires a combination of physical and intellectual skills. His tendency to operate in the shadows suggests that he prefers to stay unnoticed and does not want to draw attention to himself.

In conclusion, Polo's personality type could be ISTP, owing to his methodical but practical approach, his tendency to act independently, and his factual logic.
