To those who broke your takeout addiction ð
When you tried to eat more home cooked meals, how long did it take your tastebuds to adjust? Itâs been about 2 weeks since Iâve had takeout and everything just tastes blah and makes me mildly nauseated ð¥º. Does it get better? lol (ç·šéæžã¿)

Yeah, spices, sauces, marinades. You can get low calorie versions of everything. Your taste buds do eventually adjust, but eating those addicting food is going to be more troublesome as you have lowered your tolerances so everything tastes even more delicious, while still being bad for you. Whenever possible have a little extra with you. I have a lunch box that has about 4 meals worth of servings and I try to eat that before buying something, so im not letting my cravings control what Iâm eating. âAm I actually hungry or am I just cravingâ. Also eat the nutrients your body is after. If you workout your body is going to want protein and carbs. If donât keep up with your requirements your body will keep asking to be fed, leading you to overindulge.
