BOAR MEAT.

This is freshly slaughtered wild boar meat. I don't really like the taste. But I'm grateful for the bounty of nature and have it cooked into a Japanese dish called "stew."

Today's dish

Rice cooked with chicken thighs. Komatsuna, chikuwa and onion dressing
