For a first post this sets what to expect from me. My room has so much black butler its a little insane and it seems i have more love for 2D men than real ones✨️

Unfortunately I didn't wear a t-shirt so using the towel, the barbell kept slipping.

Maybe hamstrings have DOMS from 2d ago because the pain was unbearable on the leg extension. Had to swap to quad-biased squats, lucky I found a slant board! I learned from my mistakes, i started light, no PR attempts. Especially the squat has a high technical learning curve for balance.
