Where did your name come from...

Do you know the stories of why your parents called you that? Share your story!! My parents were not original, I was named after a famous actor... Guess what kind of actor. 🤔🫣 No no, I only have a name, I can't dance 😆✌️

You are very cool

Just saw David Dastmalchian call himself boring in an interview and obviously my reaction is what???? Bro you're like the coolest person on earth in everything you do!! And I think that's such an eye opener. That in the end we're all the same and should be kinder to ourselves. Because you can… read more

When a movie is much more than just 1.5 hours of wasted time…💔

I strongly recommend it for those who love depth and like to reflect on important things. An American actor in Tokyo struggles to find purpose until he lands an unusual gig: working for a Japanese ‘rental family’ agency, playing stand-in roles for strangers. As he immerses himself in his clients’… (edited) read more

Friday FanExpo

What a fun time, got to meet my favorite actor and celebity crush 😻

I finally saw The Odyssey!

All that social conservative whining over what? Out of the 172 minutes in its runtime a couple of them include screen time given to a black actress playing Helen of Troy, and a few more minutes for a character who happens to be played by an acclaimed trans male actor. Both of whom were great in… (edited) read more

Doggo is an actor of many faces

One of my favourite Actor jackie chan, and that comedian too good with his reactions...🤣🤣🤣

♥️Nick Robinson♥️ He's my favorite actor now hahaha✨💖🫣🌻

Now (re)Watching : "The Flash" (2023)

I actually enjoy this movie, even though the actor is an annoying human, the movie itself is quite well written and delivered. May be because I've always liked Barry Allen (the 1990s series definitely deserved more seasons) or it may be because I'm a sucker for multiverses, and time travel (blame… read more

Film #140 L.A. Confidential (1997)

Neo-Noir Crime Thriller Another gem from the 90s. It's funny how far behind is Russell Crowe in the poster since he was a relatively new and somewhat chubby actor while Spacey was at his peak. Of course, Crowe's talent, his charming smile and time changed everything. My Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (edited)

Film #133 Munich (2005)

Historical Crime Drama Usually I despise and avoid propaganda films, especially those that glorify Israel system but I could make am exception for this one since I like Eric Bana as an actor and the film is well-made by Spielberg. My Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

Today I finally watched Weapons for the 1st time

It's now my favorite horror movie ever. It's completely different from horror movies I watched. It was very well made and it was very ingeniously made and honestly after a while it stopped feeling like a horror movie to me. I absolutely agree Amy Madigan deserved to win the Oscar for Best… (edited) read more

A short film that my friends and I filmed a while ago.

No equipment. Just a phone. A windy beach. And nothing but the will to create 2 in the morning. He wrote the screenplay, more of a proof of concept. I volunteered to film poorly 😭. Since then, my friend has gone on to be a professional actor/stage actor. It's really rough, but I wouldn't change… (edited) read more

Altruism Beyond Reciprocity: Sex, Time, and the Cultural Mediation of Prosociality

## Abstract This essay examines a thesis that circulates increasingly in both academic and popular discourse: that men exhibit a distinctive form of altruism — unconditional, indifferent to reciprocal benefit, oriented toward the long term and toward future generations — and that contemporary… read more

no social life = plenty of time to watch movies🥰 Spider-Man: Brand New Day - best of Tom Holland's spiders, the best Hulk fight on screen and the rooftop scene was so cold The Odyssey - a christianized version of ancient myth, Nolan not only can't write women, but to make Lupita look so bad is an… read more

My childhood

Loved this actor and all the silly movies that came after the third Jurassic park. I will totally go watch the last few movies he acted in coming out next year. 😭

dream about what is possible.. If just you feel the same!!

At home on the couch, so many thoughts.. Why do people want to do so many interesting things together.. Even just living and feeling.. (in the park, at home, visiting, on the train.. leaning comfortably against your loved one, just having a conversation, sharing how their day went.. going to the… read more

An unforgettable day

Saturday, I literally met the legendary Kaiji Tang who’s the voice actor for Gojo from JJK and Gyro Zeppeli from JJBA Part 7, and he complimented my tattoos ! Literally cried twice in the club 🥹

I just watched Disclosure Day for my birthday

Honestly it's the best movie I ever watched. The movie was really well made and included lots of typical Steven Spielberg trademarks. It made me feel a lot of emotions like feeling tense, amazed and sometimes sad. I really hope it wins basically every Oscar. I hope it gets nominated for Best… read more
