This is what I call aftercare…

6lbs Kielbasa, 20lbs chicken quarters, 3lbs boudin, 21 ears of corn for Corn Ribs, 5lbs fried smoked apples, 8lbs 1/4lb Hotdogs, 5lbs potato salad, 5qts whiskey beans, all smoked over 10 hours. That’s how I show my love…oh and giving out foot rubs too.

New Birthday Grill

Younger brother got me this expensive grill for my 22nd birthday. What should be the first thing i bbq?

Family bought Buffalo Wings (Tyson). Instead of using the oven, I used the charcoal grill to heat them up instead. Used mesquite lump charcoal for the bold and smoky flavor. I used whatever excuse I can to use the grill 😅🤣
