Pork fried rice

I make a lot. Enjoy now and freeze some for later. Each week has versatility, when I do this. Great for a single person who NEEDS variety every week, but can't eat out. Can you eat the same thing for dinner 5 times a week?

Sweet and sticky pork belly

Tried another new dish today, sweet and sticky pork belly over rice, it was very good! Only wish I had made a bit more of the sauce for the rice 🤭 will definitely have to make this one again with a few adjustments.

I don't even know the name of this.

On Grab it was described as rice noodles with roasted pork and various toppings. I call it the everything noodle. It was good though 😆

It’s my first time making my hometown dish, and I think it turned out pretty good 🤭 We call it “Sipo Egg.” I also made pork steak, which somehow looks similar to our adobo. Happy eating!
