I've been decorating and sorting out again all day, so a nice quick tea was needed. It worked out well because I just made it with what I had in the fridge and cupboards that needed using before it went bad 😁

Attempt at crispy pork belly

Me trying a new dish. Not horrible, not great. Texture was too tough, and lacking seasoning. But the crispiness was on point. Adjusting for the next try 🫡
