Home made dumplings

I made dumplings from scratch a few months ago. I was originally planning on using pork but I found some ground lamb and got excited so I decided to go with that. The lamb was too rich and didn’t hit the mark.

Rice noodles, bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, a bit of olive oil for the healthy fats, gochujang, chickpeas and a little bit of pork. Has everything you need to be full and get the maximum of nutrients possible without costing like an arm and a leg.
