It's a taco kinda night

Some home made tacos. BBQ pulled pork, rice, grilled onions & green peppers, jalapeños, cheese and a light salsa. Taste was 👌/👌 Normally I make these with chicken, but I didn't want some leftover meat going bad.

Hokkien noodles with pork mince

Pork dumplings with chili sauce

Made some really really good Pork dumplings with chili sauce! Got them from a tiktok recipe actually so were kinda fun to make 🤭 took two cooking tries to get them to sit and crisp up right but they were so good once they did!

Hot honey pork loin

Made a crockpot "Hot honey pork loin with veggies" I didn't get a recipe anywhere since I kinda just made it up myself this time 🤭 used a Sriracha honey and a bunch of different spices, it turned out really good.

Lunch

Pork, red onions, sweet peppers, minced garlic, marinated with seasoning and avacado oil (next time no oil) served over a bed of short grain rice, and topped with chili crisp oil, kewpie mayo and rice seasoning, and noir squares.

Big sandwich

Pork shoulder, stuffing, and spinach with mustard on a sourdough baguette.
