These fungi have single water drops on them, the patterns of the caps reflect inside the water making it look like stars trapped inside a bubble.

Second attempt at crispy pork belly.

Taste was better but texture got worse. Messed up the crispy part of the skin, it didn't bubble up (you can see the skin is flat mostly). Okay, onto the next one. 😮‍💨
