I usually watch cdramas and kdramas, but I stumbled on this series called the Residence. It's pretty interesting. It follows an eccentric bird loving detective solving a murder in the White House during a state dinner.

I thought not to add anymore weight and just pay attention to squeeze and control the eccentric. But i don't think I'm feeling my rhomboids slowly opening like elevator doors

First time training chest my old way and I'm very depressed I lost that much strength. But it seems my left shoulder has an injury weakness. I should've spent more time in the isometric and eccentric phase to rehabilitate
