I really should have attempted 75kg isotonic instead of eccentric because my right leg felt strong after training eccentrics at 75kg twice already. The DOMS was so bad those times but now I don't even feel it. Unluckily my left calf injury really bothered me beyond 90 degrees...

I was able to finish straight sets, the first two sets felt good but I felt my strength die off in the last two sets. Hopefully I can return to normal reps next time and properly curl 75kg. I hope I feel DOMS like I did last time focusing on the eccentric.

The Residence

I usually watch cdramas and kdramas, but I stumbled on this series called the Residence. It's pretty interesting. It follows an eccentric bird loving detective solving a murder in the White House during a state dinner.

I thought not to add anymore weight and just pay attention to squeeze and control the eccentric. But i don't think I'm feeling my rhomboids slowly opening like elevator doors
