I was really worried about getting another injury because my arms have been aching for a week. I thought I'd have to drop the weight but I persisted with the acute pain during warm-up and first set. Count secs; not reps

I should've concentrated on counting the peak contraction because I found myself short today by 2s per rep. Holding the eccentric stretch really hurts the plantar fascia. I wish the foot plate bottom was rounded off so there was no edge. (edited)
