Bioware is closing down?

And what do you mean the next mass effect is cancelled????? 😭😭😭

What's everyone's thoughts on bioware shutting down?

I'm kinda in the boat of feelings like they went downhill a long time ago. And with a lot of the original bioware team currently working on Exodus, it doesn't really feel like we lost what made the company good. However, after seeing the mass effect 4 universes trailer that dropped today for the… read more

Rewatching Midnight Mass reminds me of my own catholic school (im not catholic) And when our priest retired he was replaced by an Indian man. Much younger, very handsome and elegant. And it was funny as hell to watch my entire very white catholic school try to not act shocked that a whole ass… read more

One of my favorite stories of the angels, written in 2022, based on an experience with a lover in 2019…

💫 I was holding her hand as we walked together into the church. We had never been here before, but came upon it through our walk down the streets of Boston that cool December afternoon. As we entered, its size magnified, more glorious that what we perceived from the outside. After a small lobby… read more

How to help keep the weight off...

How to help keep the weight off... Recent breakthrough research has uncovered that fat tissue retains a biological and "epigenetic memory" of obesity, providing a powerful molecular explanation for the notorious "yo-yo effect" (rapid weight regain after dieting). Even when fat cells shrink, they… read more

Do you think the world would be a better place if the world went back to Pangea, or basically, the Earth having only 1 land mass. Meaning, all of us wouldnt be divided by seas or ocean. Or is it better this way that we are separated

Human nature

“The veneer of civilization is very thin” -Margaret Thatcher Going by the Veneer Theory, “civilization, morality, and law are merely a thin, superficial layer masking an inherently selfish, violent, and savage human nature.” Yet, Steven Pinker (The Better Angels of Our Nature) tells us that we’ve… read more

I always liked those rich drawings as a kid. Where ever you look there was something more to discover that makes you wonder for a long time. Here is something in those lines, I call this mass doodling style. It is not yet finished but getting there:)

The Price of a “Great” Society

The final chord: prosperity. Here is the pragmatic clarity: the system serves the individual, not the other way around. If a state requires mass burnout among the youth—or the disappearance of dissenters and rational thinkers—to achieve greatness, then that is not prosperity; it is highly… read more

Dialectical Materialism

Is the most important mode of analysis in our toolkit and can be applied to any system to better understand cause and effect. If you do not start from understanding materialist frameworks then you’ve already established that you have an aesthetic, non-factual basis of analysis, i.e. a liberal… read more

I figured why the "mass exodus" came to mind in the past. I went down the rabbit hole for a bit and surprisingly found a link to a painting that reminds me of the past impression and the message was there. It's called The Course of Empire Destruction by Thomas Cole. The rise and fall of… read more

Silly conversation with a man 💬🤳🏽🗨️📱

Man: You're so innocent🫤 Man: You need to be a little more wicked 😈 Me: No, I don't need to be wicked, I need to lose 4 kg, give up bread, decrease my muscle mass, have money, lots of money, travel, but not be evil😤😡😠🤬

Just saying.... Mass message isn't very interesting 😂😂😂

Put little effort if you really want to approach others 😅
