You can see the cubic crystal faces on it. Uraninite is a uranium dioxide mineral UO2. From Fission mine Ontario Canada ☢️. Fission mine was operated in 1922 by a Radium corporation for cancer treatment. In the 1940s it became a uranium mine supplying the Manhattan project for world war 2.
