I was scanning the items of a pair of long haired about mid 50's ladies and one said that a very cheap keratin shampoo from Lidl's own brand Cien was the only thing that made her hair very soft. I allowed her friend to decide it for herself by allowing her to touch my own hair and her friend's (who was rawing about the shampoo) and her verdict was "yours is soft (to her friend), but hers (mine) is like silk". I even had to quickly write down the brand's name and where you can find it. What shampoo do I religiously use? Tresemme hydrate and purify shampoo. I also sometimes use conditioner and head scrub from that same line. I've been using that same shampoo for about 3 or 4 years now and I love it, even the purple heat protection spray is fabulous at protecting and not increasing the scalp's oil production.
