Need a haircut

Nothing im doing to my hair is helping the frizz, I haven't found a local hairdresser that doesn't make me look like a mushroom, i don't want it cut super round but thats all they seem to know even with inspo pics OF MY OWN HAIR in the shape I like that i cut myself but can't replicate 😫

That was just after a rinse and anti frizz but only lasted till lunch. Then it frizzed. Like wtf. Ive always struggled with my curl managment but now is awful.
