Dealing with heat?

So how do other cosplayers deal with the heat? 🥵 It's 28c today where I'm at ( aka 82 f) and even regular clothing is kinda warm. I have a cold drink and an ice-pack for my neck, but I can't imagine trying to wear make-up in this, or even worse, a wig.
