Adverse possession. The potential to claim land for free. Thousands upon thousands of acres of land in the UK that is currently unregistered just waiting for someone with a will and a way to get there.

Apparently a month of rain has meant the farmers couldn't empty the tanks for weeks, so today's 'crisp fresh countryside winter air' is gonna be a bit less fresh and crisp

Rangitoto Ranges NZ

Whilst we visited NZ in '18 we stayed at an Airbnb for only two nights. The views were stunning across the farm and ranges. Waking in the morning with the mist slowly burning off was magical. We also saw the milky way above us by night.
