So I've decided to start working on another Digimon fan project.
There's just something about the World games that captivates me, and this time round I'm taking inspiration mostly from Next Order.

Things are still at a very early stage, but I'd absolutely love to find some other Digimon fans to discuss and share ideas with!

New Keyboard!

Seeing as I am awful at writing, I wanted something simple and easy, that can add some bulk to my project! 
So I came up with this little tournament system, you'll be able to enter once per day, and the enemies will be relative to you in power!

I just haven't decided on what the prize should be yet 🤔

It's been a looong time since I've done any work with this project. 


Currently I'm trying to rework it from being a single open map, to multiple smaller areas you traverse between.

I've done way too much with this overall to be able to show it off under 50mb 😂 but heres a little something for anyone who cares!

Started work on my World inspired fan game again!

Another little update post for my project!

Everything is reworked to use the new smaller maps, and there are 3 in total currently! (Only one shown in this video but still)

The project has around 300 possible partner digimon for now, and that's not with any Mega levels added, so I'm expecting around 500 in the finished project!

I just need help with the world layout/design and story stuff, all of that is beyond my level of skill 😂

Some of my old team members from Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth

If only there was another Digimon World game like Digimon World: Next Order. I liked the idea of overworld Digimon encounters from that Next Order. But I would look for the Digimon raising system from Digimon Story Cyber Slueth since it resembles the old DS games like Digimon World Dawn and Dusk. It would be nice to see the Digimon training and be able to interact with them as a way to frequently check their status. 
In terms of online battling, I liked Digimon Cyber Sleuth better than Digimon World: Next Order. Being able to fight against friends that used to play the game was a blast. Turn based battles that you have control over in a similar way like Pokémon have always been intriguing.

Although Chaosdramon on the right made things a little too easy in fights.

In my opinion, it would be nice to see aspects of the Digimon World and Digimon Story games come together in a new game. Especially if they include online features that allow the community to interact with each other. The battle style could remain turn-based in online matches. While the overworld fights could allow the Digimon to move around and attack on their own. But I feel like Digimon World: Next Order needed to give us a little more control on the execution of the Digimon's actions. This is because there were moments where the commands became unresponsive.

Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition & Thoughts on Future Digimon Game Ideas

I've been working on something I'm calling "D-Battles"
It lets you fight against other players Digimon, to rise the ranks of the leaderboard and gain daily rewards in game!

I'm not entirely sure what the rewards will be just yet 😂
I'm sill trying to fine tune all the details! But it's working to the extent that I'm able to battle against my testers Digimon!
