Natural 1's on Saving Throws...??

I was considering ruling that these would count as a critical (for only the person that rolled the nat 1), and double the damage dice. Not sure if that'd be too strong though. Thoughts? And maybe a nat 20 could cause the damage to be quartered

Question for Dungeon Masters: How would you take down a Barbarian Totem Warrior with the 3rd level Bear Damage Resistance? Something as simple as a monster with Psychic Damage or something more creative?
