Dawntrail levelling

Just started pictomancer and struggling to get it to lvl 90! I’m on 81 at the moment and it took so long to level up. I’m doing endwalker hunts, and wonderous tails etc! But have a feeling i’m levelling wrong! Does anyone have any ideas?

Finally beat Worqor Lar Dor extreme

It only took about 13 hours and 10 PF groups to do it with a guaranteed 2 dps minimum running it down phase 1, but it's done.
