My last hiking trip i wend to go see this beautiful waterfall

At Yosemite national Park a phenomena happens in February as the sunset in the canyon aligns with the waterfall (that doesn't always flow) causing it to glow a bright orange. It only happens for 7 days with perfect cloud conditions being a requirement.Took this photo while moving in the car. It was so packed with everyone we couldn't find a parking spot. With a window of only 15 or so minutes. Nabbed a shot with continuous shutter while driving.

Hiking is the best cure of eveything 🫶🏻

We took a shortcut. The shortcut took twice as long because it took us back down the 400ft elevation that we laborously climbed before going back up the elevation of the 2nd hill that was the Patriot Hill. 😂 Moral of the story: Avoid any shortcuts lol
