Cammino sempre da sola, ma mai lo avevo fatto su alte vie. Mai in tenda. Mai avevo provato la paura di essere in pericolo, di non farcela. Ho perso lucidità, orientamento, percorso. Mi sono scoraggiata, sono caduta infinite volte. 

Non so come sono arrivata alla fine ma ci sono arrivata e non sono riuscita a dirmi brava. Potevo fare meglio, potevo organizzarmi meglio, potevo gestire meglio gli imprevisti. Perché puoi sempre fare meglio e poi quando lo fai potresbbe non essere abbastanza, di nuovo. 

Non si può controllare tutto, ma si può andare piano, un passo alla volta, e vedere dove il piede sta più dritto. E se cadi va bene. Va bene tutto anche non sentirsi ok.

I always walk alone, but I had never done it on high trails. Never in a tent. I had never felt the fear of being in danger, of not making it. I lost clarity, orientation, my way. I got discouraged, I fell countless times.

I don't know how I made it to the end, but I did, and I couldn't bring myself to say well done. I could have done better, I could have organized myself better, I could have managed the unexpected better. Because you can always do better, and then when you do, it might not be enough, again.

You can't control everything, but you can go slow, one step at a time, and see where your foot is steadier. And if you fall, that's okay. It's okay not to feel okay too.

Being single what I have found that adventure trekking facing the nature become everything cause I don't have anybody to cry anybody to hold my hand anybody to love so being in nature become everything to me
