Can We Change Our Personality Type?

What is your experience? I see clearly how I have gone through life as an unhealthy INTJ, but I also see how I'm changing (especially through IFS therapy). Is this the shift from unhealthy to healthy Personality Type, or could we grow into an altogether different Type? (edited)

Thoughts

It’s become a trend to claim that people who identify as INFJ aren’t actually INFJ. Am I the only INFJ who feels like I’m exactly what an INFJ is and not mislabeled? (Also, how many more times will I type INFJ, the world may never know)
