Who's your favourite squadmate in the original trilogy?

I have to be very basic here and say for my male Shep that it's Garrus because that friendship is honestly goals beyond measure. Tali is probably my favourite in a more general sense though, found her to be a really interesting character with a good arch over the games.

For a while now I've always saved kaiden as I actually don't mind him, but on my engineer run I spared Ashley and tbh, I didn't enjoy her company at all, it's like no matter what I did she disapproved of, at least with kaiden he actually did have pause that it wasn't all what he originally thought
