Miniature of Azizi Mosque

One of the historical mosques with beautiful and magnificent architecture in North Sumatra is the Azizi Mosque which is located in Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. The mosque built by Sultan Abdul Aziz, the Sultan of Langkat at that time, was founded in 1902 with an area of ​​± 24,000 m². This mosque, which is located on the side of the road on the Medan - Banda Aceh route, is visited by many people every day to pray, and it is not uncommon for them to take the opportunity to visit the grave of Tengku Amir Hamzah, who is known as the New Poet King in the world of Indonesian Literature and also known as national hero of Indonesia.
