I need ask y'all a question. Have anyone ever experienced weird feeling after you eat like you sit down eating then your body start to feel strange you have to get up from your chair walk around not relaxing due to anxiety, nerves and stress bc I can't eat much due to that I feel full fast :/

Chamomile Tea 🌼🍵

Chamomile smells so good 😌 it's naturally sweet no need to add sugar. I usually drink it before bed to help calm my nerves.
