Recovering from top surgery

I had top surgery about a week ago and it is amazing but has been pretty rough. Should I go an extra mile

I consider myself non-binary, but there's no way for people out there to tell because I don't have visible masculine traits to balance it out. Should I switch into more masculine clothing (as in maybe a buttoned shirt and pants) and do something with my hair? I like it long though 😟
