Baking before my trip to Gent!

Wanted to bake something for some friends in Gent. Settled on these Brownies (they actually have a dirty name 🫢. I didn't actually put the name because I don't know how Boo would take it hahaha). But they're basically a brownie and cookie with oreos in between.

Damn they lock Oreos now too?

What's everybody snacking on recently?

I've been having oreos most recently but a few weeks ago I had some Bon Chance branded bread crisps. They're alright, but quite salty.

Ice cream 🍨 at work

Work gives us free ice cream every quarter. 🍨😊 I got the vanilla/chocolate twist with Oreos cookies with chocolate drizzle
