9Baking before my trip to Gent!
Wanted to bake something for some friends in Gent. Settled on these Brownies (they actually have a dirty name 🫢. I didn't actually put the name because I don't know how Boo would take it hahaha). But they're basically a brownie and cookie with oreos in between.

What's everybody snacking on recently?
I've been having oreos most recently but a few weeks ago I had some Bon Chance branded bread crisps. They're alright, but quite salty.

As a child, I suffered with frequent gastro distress and itchy rashes that I would EVENTUALLY learn was a food allergy.
