I boiled whole potatoes and then smashed them into patties with a cup. I heated olive oil and butter and then fried them, seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, until crispy. I use to work in a cheese factory where me made the most amazing poutine! Fresh hot French fries, award winning cheese curds, savory brown gravy, and some green parsley for garnish. The obsession was real! What is your favorite thing to eat at work?

I'll legit go on a non spending spree for some time and then go treat myself when the moment arises. Ex. Won't go to the movie theater for a while and then when I do it's like depending on the watch may snag me a Vodka Fishbowl, Wings & Poutine lol.

But i realized, isn't it actually gravy and cheese flavoured chips? Because the chips are the 1:1 replacement for the fries.
