I made Homemade strawberry syrup this weekend. It's great for homemade ice cream or dipping Nilla wafers into as a snack. I also use it with honey and tea for sore throats because its flu season.

Tamagoyaki and Mizuna Salad

I found out that mizuna is still growing in my garden despite the heavy snowfall. So, I made a quick Japanese-inspired salad using some of its leaves, along with Tamagoyaki (and some lentil wafers).

They are like milk moistened graham crackers or something I just want those wafers and not the ice cream.

I miss Hololive wafers...
