Always hike with some one you can outrun in case you encounter large predators like bears or mountain lions no human can out run them but if you can outrun your nature buddy you are in good shape while it eats them you make your escape

You can’t outrun the punishment tied to your choices. It catches up, and the only way to stop being punished is to start choosing differently.

I realized 100 men or even less than that can and will defeat a Gorilla, because of sweat 😶🤔...

Some stories and or manga have romanticized the Idea that mankind's willpower is a superpower in and out itself. Which crudely translate to high stamina compared to other species, we cannot outrun our prey but we can tire it out and keep going, all because of sweat.
