How do you stop procrastinating?

Very tiny steps, simple very achievable goals for example if you want to do your laundry or something goal 1, move the basket from its current position. Goal 2 take the basket to the washer. Goal 3 put it in, soap and start.

I usually set an alarm with a reminder to do the thing, or place myself somewhere where i can do the thing.

I find myself extremely distracted and procrastinative whilst inside my room. But if i change locations to for example the sitting room or kitchen, then i have a much easier time doing the thing.

I don't think if I have to do it or not, I just go and do what I have to do, even though I'm feeling motivated or not 🤷🏽😎
