It’s autumn!! 🍂

60° and raining! Just some photos of my last couple days. I saw a rook on my morning run!! Favorite bird 😍😍 yesterday, I made tomato soup from scratch and a Parmesan bread loaf! Autumn is my happy place 🍄🧿🍁❤️

can somebody elucidate, how's this a checkmate?! if the black queen eats my queen, my king will eat their queen. If the black rook comes down,i will still have room & turns to move my king around to a safe place. How's it a checkmate then? #chess #chessbaseindia

I admit I couldn't figure this puzzle out but Sundays puzzles are the most difficult. I don't know why a queen sacrifice was needed when rook sacrifice suffices? I thought RxNg8+ but it's actually: QxNg8+ NxQg8, Rf7 Qxc5, Rh7# Here, Rf7 guards f8 to prevent Qf8+ winning QxRg7
