Homemade shrimp stir-fry

I cooked Jasmine rice with an asian vegetable mix and added a little five spice powder, few splashes of fish oil and Korean chili flake powder to give some flavor.The fragrance that came from this meal permeated throughout the kitchen. The taste was phenomenal 😋

Pad Kra Pao 🇹🇭

Pad Kra Pao is a famous Thai street food stir-fry . I use chicken today. Garlic ( I added shallots too lol), bird eye chilli and most important ingredient is fresh basil leaf for the nice fragrance. Also fish sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce. . Let's dig in!
