I have a question: who doesn't shower before bed? Please tell me why, or is it just a personal preference? I'd appreciate your opinions🤔

Treat yo'self

What does everyone do as a luxury for themselves? I love to take a bubble bath with hemp seed oil and magnesium salt...i will have a dish of frozen fruit and chocolate with a beverage of some sort. I have a shower lamp and a eucalyptus branch....it is the best!
