Advice for quiet wake up

Soon I'll be moving to an apartment and I don't want to wake my new neighbors with my loud ass alarm. Right now I’ve got my Fitbit, a vibrating watch and the vibration pad from my alarm clock. Oh also going to have my light turn on when it's time to wake up. I do some 4 am shifts btw.
