Laying in bed awake....

Why is it that the night before I have to do the next day I can't sleep (currently 330 am and to be up at 645 am)

What do you do when you can't sleep?

I woke up less than 4 hrs before my alarm went off can't sleep. I tried to go back to sleep for 2 hrs but couldn't. So I guess I'll read and drink coffee till my alarm goes off. What does everyone else do when you can't sleep?

Feeling a bit restless this week I guess, couldn't sleep last night until around 8 am 😑 Not having much better luck tonight, so I'm just picking varying songs to keep my youtube algorithm on it's toes 😁
