Insomnia rules the night...
Been dealing with insomnia for a few years. Some weeks, I go days without sleep. Tonight its been 48 hours and counting....What's the longest you've been without sleep?

If you struggle to sleep when you need to be goin bed.. have a camomile tea with honey... Works for me.. and my body normally rejects anything...good so.. dno.. maybe this can help SOMEone😅 Good luck fellow insomniacs!!😴🖤 (edited)
