Prologue: The Promise at the Gate

(prologue longer than this just limit on here) Helios woke before the sun, the room cloaked in darkness. He lingered in bed, listening. Usually, at this hour, he'd hear the familiar scrape of his father's whetstone, his boots crossing the floor to the water basin, and his mother's gentle humming… read more

I DON'T DRAW WHAT I SEE. I DRAW WHAT I FEEL. 🖤

There was a time when drawing was one of the ways I breathed. Today, I’m taking a break from it. Music has completely absorbed me — listening to it, studying it, discovering how deeply it can intertwine with medicine, emotion, memory and the human mind. 🎧🫀 But drawing has been part of me for as… read more

Daily Routine: 7 Principles of Time Management

This my schedule at the current time. Over time, I have identified seven key observations regarding time management, productivity, and the way we manage our own minds and bodies. 1. Breathing Practice Our bodies store up energy, and breathing serves as a tool to control it. Conscious breathing… read more

[Testimony] How God Met Me In My Absolute Darkest Moment At 16

Hey all my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, Today I thought that I'd like to share the first time I felt the presence of the Holy Spirit and how that one experience began a shift within my life. Twelve years ago, when I was 16 years old, I hit absolute rock bottom. I was already carrying… read more

Inner Transformation: Perception, Consciousness, and Internal Dialogue

What does it really mean to change? Do we change or merely replace? When we say that we have changed, part of that transformation may involve replacing an old internal dialogue with one that is more coherent, constructive, and psychologically healthy. The way we speak to ourselves influences how… read more

Observing

My big guy loves to explore outside the van but he also enjoys the views from the cabinet

Sunday in the park

Observing what’s in front of me. Trees standing together yet apart. People wander passing by. Perhaps knowing or not the strength and support around them. I lean against my friend, the tree. I feel its energy and support. Do you feel this way about trees?

No one suspects

No one ever suspects the old man in a corner smoking a cigarette with bad knees watching and observing everyone that walks by... Or do they? (edited)

Just observing.

Somewhere inside my head.

Waka and Lordran: the neighborhood watchers.

As winter slides into our everyday life, my mother & daughter team stay in bed watching, observing. The balcony is off limits due to the cold but they still hiss and meow as people walk by our quiet little town. We have been living here for 3 months and our house is now know as "La casa de los… read more

If you were observing your life like a stranger, what advice would you give yourself?

Reflection V Rumination

Being one of lifes ruminators can be exhausting. A lot of times I hear introspection being spoken about like it’s some sort of an upgrade but there's a cost to that when your brain lacks an off switch. Over time my own mind developed a 2nd layer that watches the first layer then the two start… read more

Stepping out of the dreams

I'm glad to be able to slowly step away from dissociating thru books, movies and games. It's uncomfortable sometimes being in my body and in my surroundings, but im tired of living vicariously thru characters that don't even actually exist while my life, with my real living body and soul are just… (edited) read more

Water color painting

One of my favorite sunset pics at the cabin from a year ago. It’s like a water color painting. Time flies when observing such beauty (edited)

I Didn’t Know I Was Growing a Pineapple

Something appeared in my garden that I didn’t recognise. I’ve walked past this plant countless times, watered around it, moved things beside it and probably paid considerably more attention to whatever I thought needed doing. Then this appeared. Apparently, I’m growing a pineapple that is a… read more

After talking for a year, I found the guy's comment on Reddit where he mentioned his top preference and it was not me, obviously. I'm simply observing this fake world.

Observation theory

I don't know much about Hinduism but the duality of observation consists of both the inner self and the pure consciousness that observes our thoughts, emotions, and everyday life. We are not our thoughts. We are not our emotions. Are we even truly observing ourselves or is there something else… read more

Rainy Walk Thought's

Walking in the rain to the store and observing the people I passed, I noticed how many reacted with irritation to just a few drops of rain. They hurried as if the rain was a huge problem that could ruin their mood for the rest of the day. Meanwhile, I walked at a calm pace, listening to music in my… read more

She learned how to stay quiet in rooms where she should’ve been protected. She learned how to survive in love that felt more like a battlefield. The Reality We Create

“What we say — and think — may shape more than we realize. Perhaps our thoughts are not merely observing reality, but quietly participating in creating the world we experience. Where does reality end, and perception begin?”

Continue of Mike Shinoda analyze

You are not simply observing a character. You recognize your own state in it. So if I try to reverse-engineer his approach, I would not try to reproduce his sound or visual style. What interests me is something else. He does not simply create a work. He continuously creates conditions in which… read more

My Writing Process

Writing begins with an idea, but it only takes shape when it is put on paper. The first draft does not need to be perfect; it simply needs to exist. Then, I let the text rest and return to it with some distance. Revision is about cutting what is unnecessary, fixing what does not work, and… read more

Chapter 50 - The Anchor and the Threshold

Sakura's hand hesitated over the water basin, the warm, damp cloth suddenly feeling as heavy as lead. Moon

Observing moon always makes me at peace...when was the last time you observed the beauty?

Finding these beauties today made me realize how much power there is in just standing still and observing the world move around you. In a society that constantly forces us to react and rush, how do you protect your inner peace and stay deeply rooted when everything around you feels chaotic?

Observe the cycle. Detach from the illusion. 🌀 Everything is a lesson if you pay attention

Look closely at the cycle: youth fades, age takes over, and eventually, we all return to dust. We spend our lives attached to things that are destined to disappear. True peace comes when you stop chasing the illusion and start observing the reality. Sit back, detach, and learn from the silent… read more
