Often I sit and think about what it would be like to have a small cabin on some property and try to live as eco-friendly as possible. I love gardening, and I plan to homeschool. Does anyone have any experience doing so?

Over 30 acres of young forest and over half of it was AAA farmland that I'm currently reclaiming for geothermal hydroponic greenhouse strawberries for year round production in Canada! (edited)

I live fully off-grid on my property in the mountains of Central Italy. I'm now slowly starting to grow some of my food, but I want that to get into full swing asap. It would be nice to share this dream with a like-minded soul!
