Weird day today

The morning was very frenetic, then I went to do some light shopping, go to therapy, get lunch, and go back to work later. The only normal part was the commute to Walmart. I know the title says I had a weird day, but it's been ages since I last posted anything here. How've y'all been?

Observation

Spent Thanksgiving with the family for the first time in 11 years and it's thrown my mind for a loop. Circumstances changed for many and who I am today can't figure out how to reconnect. Ive never been conscious of the flow of time for others but now I have no choice but to be aware of it
