Headed to the river today because the beaches are CROWDED, and I’m sat here trying not to burn, and the met office send a yellow alert for thunderstorms! In effect now until 11pm… really straining to even see a cloud tbf

Nearly 2” (5cm) Thunderstorms at the cabin and then some. Rained cats & dogs, pitch forks & hammer handles. You get the idea already. Guess I left at the right time (yesterday)

Opal is terrified of her own dhadow but will happily run and play in a thunderstorm.

Why do people have to be reckless drivers when it's raining? The sun hasn't even risen yet, it's down pouring, and they are trying to make me rush like I can see the road.

This is why there's so many car accidents, people rush people during severe thunderstorms. Stop laying on your horn when people are trying to safely get to their destinations, maybe sometimes you should leave early if you want to get somewhere in time during a severe thunderstorm.

Happy 4th

So, one of my babies gets really stressed with thunderstorms

and yesterday we had a really terrible one in our city, so he came straight running under the blankets to hide and eventually we fall sleep. This is how we awoke this morning. The storm passed but I guess he was too comfy already.

I listen to thunderstorms. I plug my earbuds in put my thunderstorm playlist on and i sleeplike a baby. (Yes i actually have a playlist of just thunderstorms)
