When the sun hates you

I spent.... a good 5 or 10 minutes in the sun. In 30 degrees Celsius weather. THIS is not what I expected 🤣

Here is a weird pickle flavoured gummy.

If you want to know how this gummy tastes like just take a lightly sour pickle and add a bit of honey or other liquid sweetener to it. Weird taste, but not disgusting. I needed some kind of brain stimuli because right now I'm unable because of health reasons and minus 20 degrees Celsius… (edited) read more

This tea is still not enough for me to want to go to Asia with it's high temperatures.

I have two pretty Asian sisters and they are the only reasons I would consider boiling in 30 degree Celsius just to meet. Bonus squirrel trying to eat on the sofa.

Celsius *

Yesterday accidentally discovered this one thing in regards to my thermal sensitivity.

Crop tops are a friend. During the whole of the shift I was mostly wearing a work shirt and a jacket, in addition underneath there were 3 layers and only one had contact with my stomach area. Since the weather in Lithuania right now is in-between 10-20 degrees Celsius the clothing choice was… read more

It's 23*c indoors

It's twenty three Celsius and I have a furry heater snuggling up to me and she is moulting...

Energy drinks

Ever wonder what happens when you slam 1 monster and 2 Celsius? I'll save you the time. You put your foot on the gas and just keep it going. 2 hours later and I still havent started to come down yet 👀

I'm still devastated about my difficult wisdom teeth case, but I kind of have a game plan and I'm going to try winging it.

Game plan being I go to the consultation on the 21st of January next year and then I either get the confirmation that I should just get rid of the shattered tooth (right next to the problematic wisdom t.) or not. Screw this awful situation, I'm going to find a way to manage it. This whole thing is… read more

Other people's day starts when your own day ends and vice versa.

If you learn something from night work, it's how the rhythm of life changes completely. There are times when, because of the midnight sun, you really don't know if it's night or day, and add to that the fact that you're almost ready to go to sleep, and at the same time you're being wished good… read more

A country to die for (2) the Tunisian winter

When I prepared my move from Switzerland to Tunisia, I worried about one thing only: summer. Heat. Forty degrees. Survival. I work from home, Tunisian houses stay cool, and worst case scenario there’s air conditioning. Plus: Tunisian summer nights are warm, alive, and forgiving. At 3 a.m. you can… read more

Which energy drink do you prefer?

Yesterday before going to work I fed this fluffy abandoned baby some food and it even allowed me to provide it with a second portion, but when I tried to pet its head with the back of my hand it kind of swatted at me with its paw.

It was pretty cold outside around -2 degrees Celsius. It was a great feeling being able to provide a poor soul with at least a nourishment.

Ice cream vs alcohol

Here I am on a hot 34 celsius degree day and felt like a cool beverage but also just finished off the last bit of my tub of ice-cream. Would u choose alcohol or ice-cream?!

Much needed ice-cream

Today was over 31 degrees (celsius) even though it's still officially winter for a couple more days. It gets to around 34 or 35 degrees this weekend but I'm prepared, thanks to my Mum dropping these off!! I was tempted to have 2 today but I'm behaving for now!

Trust, or -42 degrees Celsius

Доверие, или -42°C Winter in Russia can be very cold. But for birds, the problem isn't frost, it's hunger. Under a thick layer of snow, it's difficult to find food. Every winter, more than half of the birds that survive the winter die of starvation. This is my photo. And the hand in the photo… read more

Pink salt lake, beautiful. Water temperature from 28 to 32 Celsius. As it's similar to body temperature, it's helping with stress and depression. Full of iodine and bromine,so it's helping with problems with metabolism. So called Banja Pačir. Highly recommended.
