The Fatigue of Writing in Peter Handke book

One of the kinds of fatigue that has followed me most closely in recent months is that produced by psychological and social pressures. Vortex shedding from a boundary layer

On a walk recently the river had gone down considerably. I was wondering at how clear the water was, when I noticed this boundary layer interaction with vortex shedding and mixing. Reminded me of my fluid dynamics days. Always take an opportunity to nerd out.

A guest of life ❤️

Thousands of people pass us by in the short journey of life. But only a very few people find a place in our hearts. Devi was the same for Sindhu. Life

As you get older, the most tiring reality turns out to be not just about the ups and downs of life, but the demand to always look 'fine' and 'successful' in front of everyone. Open social media, it's filled with the achievements of other people who are the same age but whose path looks really… read more

Saturn has a storm that can circle almost the entire planet

A huge atmospheric vortex appears in its northern hemisphere approximately once per Saturnian year.

I'd written this following a prompt. The prompt was "what does intimacy mean to you, or what comes to your mind when you think of what intimacy means?"

These lines blur in dizzying fashion at the space where I end and she begins My vortex knows the storm within her chest as my own cedes its weight to make new space the mind-rooms in which I keep dearest treasures where the Russian Blue king and the Siamese queen sit in the lap of what might be… read more

Electronic/edm/bass music producers

For those who fux with producing bass music (riddim, dubstep, midtempo etc) whats a track where the sound design just hits different for you? For me it was Obsidian Vortex by ATLiens. I'm a total stan of their production but I can't describe the feeling I get when that drop hits.

Lizardmen

Man, if they were at all freed from the skaven assaults I swear Mazamundi would have saved the vortex and chaos would have lost 100% But because of Markus and literally no one trying to bother with diplomacy. We got nothing. But then again my lore is limited and Im happy to be corrected.
