yeah its what i call "professional call tone" I used to use it just for work calls, but also (sadly) naturally stared using it when answering the phone when im at home... its nothing serious, just a very polite greeting, but still I realize instantly im using my work voice and i feel cringe but also realize I can't change my tone now so i must continue using it through out the whole conversation. its very tiring...
