Sometimes 15 additional minutes of sleep change your day, while other times you can sleep an additional hour and you'll even feel worse.

That's why it's about the quality of sleep, the time you really "slept" and your brain went on standby mode, not just the time you got your eyes closed. If you're going to sleep in too bad conditions, sometimes it's better just to use this time for something else.
