Certain people I come across teach me about how important it is to protect myself and my energy. Sometimes we desire what looks like masculine raw, primal energy but it often hides a darker side or personality. I count myself blessed because certain red flags show up and the person or situation gives itself away.I am definitely not going to fit into your criteria or give into demands because that is not a person being truly invested in me. It is someone just wanting to push through their agenda and insulting my intelligence. I choose me and my peace.Not everything that glitters like gold is gold after all.

I tried the dating apps. Yeah, it is exciting at first and you get a lot of likes but most of the time , it's not the type of guys you would want to date. When you a get a match with potential, you go through the whole process of getting to know them.Somtimes they keep the match with very little conversation because they just want to keep all options. Sometimes they ghost you because they are not getting what they want.Makes you wonder if there apps are nothing but tool designed to make you feel less worthy.You need to be careful about not giving too much energy to these people.

Thoughts

Ive lost my faith in humanity and I don’t think I can get it back this time. I think I’m just gonna get rid of all my socials and any app that connects to other humans. The stress of life is already too much but when you add uncaring or cruel people into that mix…well it just make it where isolating from humans as much as possible is all I can do to survive now.

Limit who has access to you. Not everyone has good intentions and comes along prioritising your well-being.People do have their own agendas.Be mindful of who has access to your time and energy, not everyone deserves it. We deserve to grow and be better and also to be surrounded by those who add to us and bring positive energy to us.Be firm and cut off those who do not deserve access.

Sometimes people and things demand so much out of you at work and even with family. You are expected to help everyone else and you find yourself getting drained. I am really looking forward to my Bali holiday away from the maddening crowd of home.

Established by congress in 1994.. This awareness started as Men’s Health Week & By the late 90s, that week had expanded into the full month of June because the general population quickly realized a week was not long enough to address the disparities in mens healthcare. 


Men account for nearly 80% of suicide deaths in the U.S alone. 

 Men account for 91.9% of occupational injury fatalities.

 Men and boys make up 60% of people experiencing homelessness — and nearly 70% of the unsheltered homeless population.

Men make up 93% of the sentenced state and federal prison population.

 Men account for 66% of preventable injury-related deaths.

 76% of drowning fatalities are male.

 73% of motor vehicle fatalities are male.

71% of poisoning fatalities are male.

Twice as likely to die from disease & cancer. 
 
..These are just SOME of the insane numbers men face each year..

Check on your father.
Check on your brother.
Check on your son.
Check on your friends.
And check on the guy who always says, “I’m good.” Because sometimes he isn’t.

Men.. be safe, take care of your bodies, express yourselves, reach out & most importantly love yourselves.

Even though we sleep in air-conditioned rooms and cool temperatures, our bodies still sweat during sleep. An average person can lose a significant amount of water overnight through perspiration and breathing, and dead skin cells, body oils, and bacteria continue to accumulate while we sleep. That’s one reason many people prefer to shower after waking up to feel fresh and clean before starting the day. 

Many tourists ask why Thai people smell so good, even on public transport.

We have a joke about it too. In Thailand, many people shower at least twice a day, so we’re pretty sensitive to strong body odor. When someone smells particularly bad, it can get really awkward. You’ll see people quietly moving away, and sometimes we’ll exchange a look that says, “Yep, I smell it too.” Another look later means, “Time to relocate.”

And the absolute worst nightmare? When someone tries to cover strong body odor with perfume instead of actually getting rid of the smell. Now it’s not body odor or perfume it’s both at the same time, fused into a terrifying new chemical weapon. At that point, I’m not looking for an empty seat anymore. I’m looking for the emergency exit. 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠

I can’t imagine waking up and spending the whole day without showering. Here, most people shower at least twice a day once after waking up and once before going to bed.
