I think when you match with someone and you really want to get to know them, you should also think about the value of the time especially given timezones. If you want to play games where you are sent a text but you wait an entire day or hours before you answer and not because of time zone issues, then you are just treating the person as an option and not respecting their time.

Idk how any can just take a 5 minute shower. Even if you have longer hair and dont wash it every time, there is no way I can feel properly clean after just 5-10 minutes. I gotta be in there for at least 30 minutes

I feel down and lost today. I think the loss of a friendship is hard and it is difficult especially when you didn't do anything wrong but the other party feels it is best to cool things off bevause things changed for them.I am not sure how to accept this as I miss my friend.

Going to take a break from apps like this for a while. I will try to respond to messages when I can.
Just tired of feeling invisible. I get enough of that in RL and via my career, but not to the same extent.

How does one feel stronger? What is courage? I know at the end of the day I am on my own and no one is coming to rescue me. I mean I have tried the apps ,tried the group dinners and whatnot and there  thing is I cannot find anyone who really appeals to me. In my location , they are all looking casual stuff and no wants anything with substance.I miss having someone to chat with on a daily basis.
