I have always struggled with self-confidence since I was a kid in elementary school. I was constantly bullied and called the ugly and fat weirdo. I thought I would grow up and get over my self-esteem issues, but as I grew older, it got much worse. I've had close friends and even boyfriends make fun of my appearance and tell me how disgusting I am. I always thought I had to change myself for them so that I could be pretty. Sometimes, I still feel like this. I know it's not healthy, so I try my best to make others feel comfortable in their own skin. I don't want them to feel how I feel. Do other people with self-esteem issues feel like this? I know it's hard to put yourself out there. I still get self-conscious to this day lol. (Even though I lack a good self-esteem, I try my best to post photos of myself so that I can feel more confident about myself 😊)

Due to disability, I haven't been able to get gifts for my hubby with money I *earned*. Either the money came from him, or my inheritance (while it lasted).

I want to give up there are times where I get on my knees and think what am I doing on this earth. Friends and families I want to leave behind but they give me strength they show me how much of a person I become to this very day they support me no matter what. I just want to be myself and live through my future

I gotta keep trying no matter what

I can stop struggling with a problem that I can't handle and accept the situation and after a while that problem doesn't bother me as much as it used to. However, I don't think it's very self-confident to say that you love that problem in order to feel better. For example, I am overweight. I can't get rid of that weight right now. These pounds make me feel heavier and unhealthy. It affects my appearance negatively whether I admit it or not. When I lose weight, I have a more lively body and a more shaped face. so my point is this: accept the situation. Because when the time comes, you will reach the best version of yourself. Nobody should try to make a fool of themselves. because your mind won't allow it. Affirmations do work, but in some cases, it's time to face reality, take a deep breath, and stop mentally struggling with that problem. It is better for us to get away from the situation. Regards!
